Dragoon has some of the most interesting End Game out of all the other classes. Since the Edition of Treasure of Aht Urhgan expansion and some new armor, it is very useful to have a stepping stone to get there.

Maat Fight

Requirements: Level 66
Client: Maat
Quest Name: Shattering Stars
In order to fight Maat, you will need to be level 66, as well as have obtained a Dragoon Test. The most common tactic for defeating Maat is to Sleep to 300% TP and then use your Blink Band followed by eating your food, mostly a taco of some sort, the common food for tanks, such as Paladin. Run through the door into the room with Maat. Then you engage and use your Penta Thrust on Maat. At this point he will call his wyvern. At this point this is were the strategy differs from person to person. Most people pop an Icarus Wing and Penta Thrust the wyvern, while other people just continue to fight Maat. If your choice is to Penta the wyvern, you will one-shot it, and then you would use Super Jump and allow your wyvern to tank Maat until he dies or your wyvern dies. If your Wyvern dies, then you would call another and use Spirit Surge and finish Maat off.
