Notes:
- Spawns at the left of (F-11), up on the 2nd ledge.PHs are 2 Ochu on the ledge. (Confirmed by today camp, kill 2 Ochu then it's pop from one of them.) 5 minute respawn.
- Spams Impale move, which deals a large amount of damage. Impale's range isn't too great, so it can be avoided if you run far enough away.
- Triple Attacks and has a potent Enparalyze on meleé hits. But not 100 percent proc.
- Hits very quickly and very hard. Does not seem to have a large amount of HP.
- Has at least +12% movement speed, as it was able to keep up with Crimson cuisses.
Historical Background
"Delicieuse" is the feminine form of the French word for "delicious", and Delphine is a common female French forename.
