Curses! A Horrifically Harrowing Hex/Plot Details

Shantotto: Let me guess--you've got a curse you'd like me to mend.

Shantotto: I see, I see...

Shantotto: Clattering shutters and rattling doors?
A most sinister incantation, this hex of yours...

Shantotto: But fear not for your humble dwelling.
The peerless Shantotto will administer a proper dispelling!
O~hohoho!

Shantotto: Sadly, I fear there's just one snag.
You see, a vital ingredient has gone missing from my reagent bag...

Shantotto: Yes, a ripe starfruit will be needed, methinks,
in order to root out this baleful jinx.

Shantotto: Bring me what I seek,
and we shall address the matter you bespeak.
