Requiring only the associated weapon to be equpped to be usable, Joke Weapon Skills are mostly rewards for spending Login Points or points during limited time events. They do have skillchain attributes but the low level and absence of meaningful stats on the weapons keep these from being serious additions to an adventurer's combat options.
