Beluga

Cannot be auctioned, traded, or bazaared, but can be delivered to a character on the same account.
Can be obtained as a random reward from the Gobbie Mystery Box Special Dial and similar sources.

The name of this scythe most likely refers to the Beluga whale, also known as the white whale. This explains the additional effect of water damage, and judging by the white appearance of the scythe, it may indicate it was forged out of the bones of a Beluga.
