Angler's Discernment

- Angler's Discernment is the innate ability for skilled fishers to see what fish is on their hook.
- Your modified fishing skill can be four levels lower than the skill cap of the fish in order for Discernment to activate. Furniture enhancements, and fishing skill+ gear will count towards your skill for Discernment.
- Activation rate of Discernment is effected by the difference in fishing skill and the skill cap of the fish you are targeting.
- Activation may also have some other factor like salt/freshwater, small/large fish, zone, moon phase, and how many fish types can be caught in the zone
- Increases the chance of gaining critical stamina drain chances / Gold Arrows.
