Walkthrough

Talk to Curilla (A) after completing Lost Memories and obtaining the Vial of lambent potion.
Spawn Lugarhoo by having one member of your alliance trade a Filthy Gnole Claw to the ??? at the border of (G-11) and (H-11).
- Filthy Gnole Claws can be obtained by defeating the nearby Luisons west of Conflux #5 or bought from the Auction House. They are , so a player can only possess one at a time.
Defeat Lugarhoo. All alliance members with the quest active will obtain Lugarhoo's eyeball.
Speak to Curilla (A) again to finish the quest.

Summary: As retribution, Curilla demands the eyeball of Lugarhoo, the vile gnole that took her left eye in a vicious attack.
