At item level nothing here poses a serious challenge. Everything sleeps. Kill the WHM last if you're in a relatively new group. Hundred Fists will still hurt if you're not in stacked DT gear. Remember that Hydro Shot is a hate reset. You have to kill the wyvern or the fight won't end.
