Walkthrough

Talk to Roskin at Eastern Adoulin (H-8).
Trade a Frontier Soda to Roskin.
- Frontier Soda can be obtained from Bernegeois at (G-8) in Eastern Adoulin for 125 gil.

Key Items

The following can be obtained in any order:
- Eastern Adoulin (F-9): Check a ??? in the Scouts' Coalition to receive Record of the 17th Assembly and 100 experience points.
  - Optional: You can obtain Copy of "Adoulin's Patroness" and 10 experience points from another ??? in the same room.
- Western Adoulin (E-8): Talk to Nikkhail at the Pioneers' Coalition to receive Copy of the alliance agreement and 150 experience points.
- Ceizak Battlegrounds (F-6): Use a Pickaxe on the ??? for Royal fiat banning colonization and 1500 experience points. Located in the southwest corner beside several Knobby Treant and a Numbing Blossom.
- Optional: Yahse Hunting Grounds (K-9): Talk to Javolio to receive Ulbukan navigation chart and 250 experience points.

Finishing

Return to Roskin.
- Choose the Royal fiat banning colonization, Record of the 17th Assembly, and Copy of the alliance agreement.
- Do not choose the Copy of "Adoulin's Patroness" or the Ulbukan navigation chart.
You will receive 500 bayld after the cutscene.
Speak to Roskin again after waiting a game day to complete the quest. If you chose the correct documents, you will receive another 500 bayld; otherwise you will receive 2.
